Linatex
ODV offers many solutions with the highly wear-resistant natural rubber Linatex. We apply it in many applications where wear resistance is important. Among others, we carry standard Linatex and the food-safe Linagard. We also carry the special Linatex variants Linagard ozone resistant and the extra rigid Linard HDSLinatex bonding to cuffs
Specially designed or simple round cuffs, nothing is a problem. Shown here are cuffs with a flexible interlayer. We execute them with an oblique glued weld
or a faster solution with a reinforcement strip depending on the requirements.

Also compositions with Linatex as an abrasion-resistant outer layer and in the image to the right with coarse sponge rubber as a flexible absorbent interlayer
and EPDM cellular rubber as the bottom layer. Anything is possible.
For special projects, we also conduct an adhesive test with our partners to verify the desired application.
